• Evaluation Processing Only: For one-off, infrequent or continuous instances requiring evaluation of applications, proposals or candidates by more than one evaluator, we offer a time saving, cost effective service that lets you focus on the results, not processing details.
• Competition Coordination & Evaluation Processing: For organizations that have infrequent competitions or do not have the internal resources available to accommodate the additional workload, we offer a complete coordination and evaluation processing service. You supply the evaluators and we will handle the rest.
• Criteria & Forms Development: Starting with the right criteria structured to deliver the outputs, outcomes and impact you intend is key to achieving your objectives. A ProGrid consultant is specifically trained in helping organizations developing the right criteria and structuring your application and evaluator forms to ensure consistency and alignment with your objectives while reducing the time and burden on stakeholders. - Also see Process Design & Development services.
• Software Rental: Already have criteria in a ProGrid style Evaluation Matrix but have a short-term need to process a large number or very complex proposals/applications? Then this is a cost effective option to access our most powerful evaluation support software. For clients with a staff member familiar with ProGrid software, Certified ProGrid Practitioners or Licensed ProGrid Consultants.

Fees

Set-up: A one-time fee for setting up the evaluation matrix and LLs in the software, verifying configuration and client process and to generate standard forms. The fee ranges between $5,000 and $2,500 depending upon the level of customization required.

Processing: A charge between $50 and $150 for every item (”opportunity”) processed.

Meeting Support: Professional advisory and support at meetings (e.g. committee/review meetings) charged at our regular consulting rate of $1,500 per day
